HOW DO I PURCHASE/ADD MONOGRAM INITIALS TO MY ORDER?
-To add hand stitched monogram initial/s to your order simply select the number of initials you would like stitched onto the cover from the drop down menu and then type in the initials required in the text prompt box.
-Each initial/letter costs extra and your item price total will change accordingly hen you select 1, 2 or 3 initials etc.
-E.g if you have purchased 1 initial, type in B in the text box.
-E.g If you have purchased 3 initials type in CJ in the text box.
-Please add delivery time onto this, see details below:
-If you need your order sooner, please let us know in the “ADDITIONAL NOTES” section at the checkout page and we will do our best to process it sooner or alternatively contact us before placing your order.
IF I UPGRADE TO UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY (OR INTERNATIONAL 4 DAY EXPRESS) HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY ORDER?
-Upgrading to a quicker shipping method does not mean that your order will be moved to the top of the schedule. It will still have to be made (See Up-to-date making times here) and then shipped.
-If you purchase UK Next Day Delivery by 1pm, your order will be delivered by 1pm the next working day after it has been shipped so if your order is shipped on Monday it will be with you by 1pm on Tuesday.
-Next working day delivery excludes Saturdays so orders shipped on Friday may still be delivered on Saturday but the next working day would be Monday.
-International Express usually delivers 4 working days after it has been shipped so if your order was shipped on Monday it would reach you by Friday. If your order was shipped on Friday it would reach you by Thursday as weekends are not classed as working days.
-If you need your item urgently then please get in touch before you order to see what we can do to accommodate you.
-Rush orders are accepted on a case by case basis as long as you contact us to confirm before placing your order but may not be possible during peak season and holiday season and there may be an extra charge for this during this time.
-If you provided an incorrect address when you placed your order and you need to provide a different address to ship to than the one you provided at checkout, send us an email to update us of the new shipping address ASAP and we will amend it but if it has already shipped then it cannot be intercepted. Reach out to us ASAP and we will do everything we can to help.

-Unfortunately at this time we do not do hand stamping or embossing, only hand stitched monogram letters.
CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE TO MY ORDER?:
-We can deliver directly to your gift recipient and include a personalised handwritten note card with a personal message from you. Just leave your note in the text prompt box when you order.
CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT PAPER IN MY BOOK?:
-If you wish to have a speciality paper stitched into your leather journal or sketchbook then simply get in touch, letting us know what you are looking for and we will see if we can source it for you.
