SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are handmade and dispatched from Leicester, United Kingdom. Please allow 3–14 business days for processing before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — I'll always keep you informed and you can reach out if you need something more urgently, I am happy to accommodate where I can.

UK Shipping UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping I ship internationally via DHL Express and Royal Mail International. Estimated delivery times vary by destination but are typically 3–7 business days after dispatch for DHL Express and 7-14 days for Royal Mail.

US Orders — Duties & Import Taxes As of 2025, all shipments entering the United States are subject to import duties and taxes regardless of order value. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for all US orders. You will not be charged again at delivery. US orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Other International Orders For orders outside the US, import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Tracking All international orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact me at info@indigo-artisans.com and I'll investigate with the carrier.
